About
Doctor of Chiropractic/Founder
I'm a doctor of chiropractic. I'm also a personal trainer, a swim coach, a husband, a father, a coffee roaster, a deep thinker, a former athlete, and I swing kettlebells for fun.
I went to school at Logan University in St. Louis and graduated from their College of Chiropractic Magna Cum Laude in 2006. Since then I've been working hard to achieve Certification in Rehabilitation by participating in numerous continuing education courses including McKenzie Disc Therapy, Dynamic Neuromuscular Stabilization, Functional Movement, Myofascial Release, and more. I'm also very proud to announce I'm a certified HKC instructor.
Before that I majored in zoology/life science at Miami University in Oxford after graduating from LaSalle High School in Cincinnati.
I enjoy staying active and have been fortunate to coach the Clippard YMCA Barracuda swim team for the past 5 years. Personally I've trained utilizing conditioning methods ranging from traditional powerlifting to gymnastics and from cross country to Crossfit.
When not in the gym or on the pool deck I enjoy spending time with my wife and daughter, roasting/brewing coffee, and sometimes just being.
